Age Restriction

You must be at least 19 years old to purchase alcoholic beverages from Peter Pantry. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in Ontario, Canada.

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and prices on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is completely accurate, current, or error-free. In the event of any inaccuracies, we reserve the right to correct or update the information and cancel or refuse orders placed for the affected products.

Ordering and Payment

1. Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. In case an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and provide a suitable alternative or refund the amount paid.
2. Pricing: Prices for our products are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. The final price of your order will be displayed during the checkout process.
3. As a licensed restaurant, by Ontario liquor law we are required to sell you a single food item if you purchase alcohol. If your online order does not contain any food products, such as By Peter Pantry products, a small food item surcharge of 10 cents will be applied to your order.
4. Payment Methods: We accept credit card payments and Google Pay. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for your order.

Delivery and Pickup

1. Delivery: We offer paid delivery within Ontario, Canada. The delivery fee will be calculated based on your location and displayed during the checkout process.
2. Pickup: Free pickup is available at our designated pickup location. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
3. Delivery/Pickup Restrictions: We only deliver or allow pickups within Ontario, Canada.

Returns and Refunds

1. Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for food and beverage items unless they are damaged or defective.
2. Non-Perishable Goods: If you receive a non-perishable item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery/pickup to request a return or refund.
3. Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be completed.
